E-mail organization

Since logging in to services, such as Outlook, and email is not a problem for robots, you can use them to filter messages according to predefined criteria. Such an application will be most helpful when, among other things, you want to search for ale-emails that contain invoices. Furthermore, you can set different verification and organization criteria. For example, filters could include a list of suppliers, message title (e.g., containing the invoice’) as well as the presence of a PDF attachment. After finding such documents, the robot moves them to an appropriate folder and informs the user of the folder being updated.
