Documents required for employment
RPA streamlines the HR department’s processes by handling the formalities when hiring new employees. Based on the data entered into the system, the robot generates the documents necessary for the establishment of an employment relationship – an employment contract, a statement indicating the bank account into which remuneration is to be paid, forms concerning the processing of personal data or the payment of income tax, as well as information on the terms and conditions of employment and employee rights. As a result, it generates documents ready for printing and signing by both parties.
