As in the case of working time utilization and other data based on figures, robots can help to control the number of days used and available under holiday entitlement (also for previous years). All that is needed is a single transaction and a report generated in SAP. If the robot detects an employee who has an overdue holiday to use or, on the contrary, has used too many days, a relevant report will be sent to the line manager who can then contact the employee to decide on further actions. In addition to enormous savings of time, this system also helps to avoid many unpleasant situations that can occur in the event of mistakes or negligence.
