The software, which operates round-the-clock, allows reducing processing costs by up to 50%. Upon the user’s request, the robot can lock a lost or stolen card and also save time if they decide to terminate an account. A similar process can be used to disclose the assets of a diseased person. In such a case, the heir is only required to attach to the electronic request a document allowing the robot to carry out entitlement verification (e.g. last will or a deed of succession certification).
