We are looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our global technology team. This role is part of the Vendor Management function, which ensures consistent and structured management of technology vendors throughout their lifecycle – from selection to renewal or exit – maximizing value, addressing risk, and aligning performance with business goals.
You will support end-to-end vendor financial management activities across a significant cost base, including planning for vendor contracts and renewals, facilitating approvals, overseeing purchase orders, and providing management reporting and insights.

What you’ll be doing
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting the end-to-end vendor financial management process
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders: Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, Procurement, and Cost Management
- Maintain reports and MI to facilitate planning for vendor contracts and renewals
- Create dashboards and reports for critical financial processes
- Produce regular management reporting and ad-hoc analysis for vendor management
- Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting, and business cases
- Update forecasts and manage budget/funding and workforce requirements

- Experience in vendor management within a global, large organization (preferably financial services)

- Experience operating in a complex matrix environment
- Knowledge of external environment (regulatory, market, competitor)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
