What you'll be doing
As a Test Engineer Lead, you will be a key member of the Testing team, responsible for designing, developing, automating, deploying, and integrating testing tools and frameworks within global QA processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies to ensure robust quality assurance across deliverables.
- Validating solutions and providing technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Driving automation initiatives and prioritizing technology enhancements to optimize testing efficiency.
- Facilitating the community of practice, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders.
- Offering strategic leadership for all testing activities, setting direction and standards to support quality goals.

Who we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing test strategies.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps tools and processes, with the ability to conceptualize secure development pipelines.
- Advanced data analytical skills to create and track QA metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
