Tasks

In this role, you will deliver HR/ Recruitment administration activities to support Talent Acquisition team and the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region. You will primarily focus on interview scheduling and engage with stakeholders from various levels (recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers and internal HR colleagues)

Recruitment Administration

  • Manages the candidate database on the candidate tracking system (Workday)
  • Supports team members with administration requests
  • Supports with translations for job descriptions (English to German)

Interview Process

  • Responsible for full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processes
  • Schedules candidate interviews (video & in-person)
  • Act as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout their interview process with the business
  • Builds recruitment system knowledge
  • Responds to requests from recruiters and hiring managers
  • Ensures compliance with requisitions

Collaboration

  • Partners with recruiters, hiring managers and HR colleagues to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Responds to queries and requests from hiring managers and recruiters

Onboarding

  • Supports the offer and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Ensures appropriate handover to HR Services for on boarding processes

Contract and new vendor management

  • Processes agency agreements
  • Support with general contract administration and new supplier onboarding
  • Requests Purchase Orders for agency placements
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of recruitment and onboarding compliance requirements and ability to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
  • Ability to translate job descriptions and other documents from English to German accurately.
