Are you an experienced developer looking for an impactful project? We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join the Workforce Management team and contribute to the development of ComPass, a greenfield application designed to replace and enhance existing Workforce Management solutions.

What you’ll be doing

Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, high-performing features.
Design, build, and maintain efficient and reusable code following best practices.
Ensure code quality through structured development and review processes.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security standards.
Identify and fix bugs or bottlenecks, ensuring long-term stability of the application.
Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align with project timelines.

Who we’re looking for

Core Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in C# and .NET frameworks, including .NET 6 or later.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and application architecture.
- Front-end development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Angular, or similar).
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and reusable C# libraries.
- Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications.
- Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Practical experience with version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills in English (professional proficiency).
