Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support one of our key clients. You’ll ensure top-notch coordination and communication across client teams. You’ll manage schedules, maintain documentation, and act as a key person to keep projects on track – delivering high-quality outcomes for our client.

What you’ll be doing

Define scope, prepare schedules, and maintain clear timelines for all stakeholders.
Ensure project governance and compliance with client standards.
Engage with team members and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Share updates, clarify objectives, and resolve issues quickly.
Anticipate risks early, propose effective solutions, and keep projects on track.

Who we’re looking for

At least 5 years in project coordination, ideally handling multiple projects in dynamic environments.
Excellent written and spoken English
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders, including executives.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset.
Analytical mindset and ability to design practical solutions.
Strong governance knowledge and ability to enforce process compliance.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Design, UX/UI.
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in technical or cybersecurity environments.
