We are working on a strategic Cryptography Programme to reshape and uplift the way Cryptographic Controls are implemented across the organization. This role is critical in transforming cryptography controls, tooling, practices, and capabilities for both on-premise and cloud environment.
As a Project Manager (Technology Project Management – GCB4), you will work alongside a team of Cryptography SMEs, Control Owners, IT teams, and other Project and Programme Managers to enhance Key Management systems and processes.

- Manage the Path to Amber and plan/manage the Path to Effective projects to completion
- Lead internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver agreed technology, process, and practice uplifts for SSH Keys
- Collaborate with business and technology owners to agree on scope and priorities
- Provide supporting documentation, regular progress reports, and manage risks and issues
- Manage and quality assure deliverables

Who we're looking for
- Hands-on experience delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle (Planning, Controlling, Monitoring, Reporting)
- Proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity, and operations teams
- Experience in Cybersecurity is a must
- Strong stakeholder engagement and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive team player, able to work as part of a large programme
Nice to have:
- Experience working with global teams
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall (Hybrid) project management approaches
- Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
