Are you a hands-on developer who thrives at the intersection of technical design and execution? We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead solution design and end-to-end development for key integration projects, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

About the Role

Unlike a traditional architect role, this position focuses on Solution Design and Implementation. You will create technical blueprints for API solutions and microservice integration patterns, then take full ownership of development and delivery. This role involves close collaboration with solution architects and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, future-ready solutions.

What you’ll be doing

Solution Design: Draft end-to-end technical designs for API solutions and microservice integration patterns.
Hands-on Development: Own the full development cycle, building secure, low-latency communication paths between backend systems and UI/UX layers.
Integration & Unblocking: Manage technical integration of platforms using Azure Functions and Service Bus.
Code Optimization: Fine-tune and deploy Python-based code, refactor as needed for performance and maintainability.
Collaborative Design: Participate in design reviews, present solutions, and incorporate feedback.
Future-State Planning: Support technical discussions for potential migration to GCP environments.

Who we’re looking for

Technical Requirements

Azure Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Azure development (Functions, App Insights, APIM, Service Bus).
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, with additional experience in Java or .NET.
Unit Testing: Proven experience writing and maintaining unit tests with a quality-first mindset.
Performance Monitoring: Expertise in using Application Insights for monitoring and debugging.
Integration Experience: Proven track record in designing and building integration patterns within CRM/API environments.

Professional Attributes

Ability to move from design to production-ready code quickly and efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to fixing issues.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Adaptive mindset, comfortable working across multiple platforms (Azure/GCP/Python).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for migration strategies.
Prior experience with Highspot, Pendo, or MS Dynamics integrations.
