Quality Engineer Test Management

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer (Test Management) to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end test lifecycle: test analysis, design, automation, and execution using Python, Robot Framework, and advanced CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

This role requires hands-on engineering capabilities combined with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving quality through automation and AI-powered tooling.

What you’ll be doing

Analyse business and functional requirements to design test cases and scenarios.
Develop, automate, and maintain tests using Python and Robot Framework.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), ensuring smooth deployments.
Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test implementation and improve code quality.
Execute automated and manual tests, track results, and report test outcomes.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
Design and implement test frameworks to standardise automation practices across teams.
Support QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in test engineering processes.

Who we’re looking for

Solid experience in test automation and quality engineering roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and Robot Framework.
Hands-on experience in CI/CD integration, particularly with Jenkins.
Knowledge of test analysis, test case design, and execution.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Experience with test framework design and implementation.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of payments or financial domain.
ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent understanding of testing standards.
Previous experience using AI in testing workflows.
