What you get in return

  • Work with product owners to manage backlogs and define new requests, including clear and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Obtain cross-team consensus to drive progress toward goals.
  • Manage scope and ensure prioritized product backlog aligns with customer priorities.
  • Drive and manage testing phases of projects.
  • Participate in creating test strategies and implementing test plans.
  • Maintain and improve manual test artifacts, metrics, and environments.

Who we're looking for

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Manual Tester in an agile software development team.
  • Strong experience designing manual tests for web applications and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery artifacts (epics, stories, tasks).
  • Basic knowledge of Cypress or Pytest.
  • Certified Tester AI Testing or knowledge in AI testing (advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, GIT).
  • Experience with API development and REST/HTTP protocols.
  • Ability to identify exceptions in logs and perform initial triage for bugs.
  • Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance processes.

 

Nice to Have:

  • ISTQB Foundation certification.
  • Experience with QTest/Tricentis tools.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and security testing tools (SAST, MAST, DAST).
  • Experience with performance testing and Microsoft SQL.
  • Familiarity with Gherkin syntax and SAFe Scrum methodologies.
