You will engage with various consuming market stakeholders to support their understanding of the product and capture any local market requirements. You will ultimately be the representative of the service to this consuming market. You will have regular “pre-sale” style discussions with stakeholders ranging in seniority, conduct adhoc product demos and will crucially work closely with product owner
to ensure market requirements are captured on the product backlog/roadmap.


•Responsible for product onboarding run ahead activities – e.g., discovering and documenting market specific use cases, giving product demos
• Responsible for product post onboarding activities e.g., stakeholder update sessions and post live data sharing
• Helping with gap analysis of market needs vs existing product offering
• Working with the product owner and product manager on defining mid-term delivery priorities
• Ensure accurate traceability from the initial engagement till early delivery stages of the product development lifecycl


• Proven experience working as an Analyst on a technology product.
• Experience owning requirements gathering activities.
• Hands on experience as product SME and proven stakeholder management in a large company, corporate or scale up organisation.
• Experience with data analytics.
• C1+ proficiency in English.
• Technical background is favourable.
• Additional Qualifications (Licenses, Certificates & Diplomas) – Business Analysis, Software Development, Database Fundamentals, Application Development is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding products built using cloud technologies, such as AWS is nice to have
