As a PMO Officer, you will manage the operating rhythm across the Private Cloud domain, ensuring structured business cadence, stakeholder alignment, and consolidated reporting for senior management.

What you’ll be doing

Run the operating rhythm (business cadence) across the Private Cloud domain.
Own and facilitate key governance forums and ensure consistent agenda management.
Collaborate with Business Management, Risk, Transformation, and Portfolio Management teams to align key initiatives and activities.
Prepare and optimize reporting packs for various audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Provide general PMO support to leadership and stakeholders: clarity, progress tracking, and timely decision-making through structured frameworks.
Support leadership with team administration tasks and third-party contract extensions.

Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for data, metrics, and detailed reporting.
Ability to distil complex data into meaningful insights for different stakeholder levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and deliver on time.
Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
Passion for innovation, especially in developing AI-driven solutions for process optimization.
Agile mindset, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach.
