We are looking for an experienced Platform Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development of Platform Services toward improved resilience, cost-effectiveness, and optimized capabilities utilization. You will collaborate daily with Service Management, DevOps, Data Engineering, Software Development, Financial Operations, and Platform Leadership teams.
Your mission will include contributing to SRE culture, advancing Platform Services toward a mature operating model, and managing services deployed primarily in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) within a multi-cloud and hybrid environment.

What you'll be doing
- Drive uplift of Platform Services to meet internal standards and industry best practices for Service Resilience
- Contribute to the development of an operating model for Platform Services management
- Provide requirements for technical teams to develop tools for managing Platform services and infrastructure (software frameworks, dashboards, AI-based applications)
- Collaborate with Service Management to improve processes for change, incident, and problem management, as well as DevOps frameworks and tooling
- Apply SRE principles to enhance system performance; act as Incident Manager when required
- Drive adoption of automation, AI, and productivity tools across Platform engineering teams
