Are you passionate about cloud platforms, container orchestration, and automation? We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Operations Engineer to join a global team and contribute to the development and optimization of a new internal cloud platform based on OpenShift technology.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and optimize an OpenShift-based cloud environment to ensure high availability and performance.
Develop and implement automation for platform operations using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
Write and maintain scripts and tools for infrastructure management using Python.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to container orchestration and deployments.
Collaborate with cross-regional teams to deliver the new OpenShift platform and support project go-live activities.
Participate in on-call duties as required during critical project phases.

Who we’re looking for

Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, including container orchestration platforms (OpenShift).
- Strong coding skills in Python and automation experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment.
