You will join a multi-year transformation program aimed at modernizing the Global Banking and Markets Finance infrastructure. Your role will support the Product Control Change Manager in delivering key initiatives, such as:
  • Migrating data sources to a new standard results data store “Vault”.
  • Enhancing the P&L Explain process.
  • Partnering with Traded Risk to implement operating model changes resulting from PLAT.
  • Implementing daily IPV and sharing market data time series with Traded Risk.
  • Improving data quality and developing tools for visualization and adjustment review.

What you'll be doing

  • Minimum 2 years of project delivery experience (preferably in data quality and governance improvements).
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle (certifications are a plus).
  • Prior experience in Markets and Securities Services.Strong knowledge of Global Markets products and behaviors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desirable: Part-qualified accountant and experience in documenting data lineage.

What you get in return

  • Analyze FX position processes and how they are captured in Product Control.
  • Educate Traded Risk on PC business processes related to FX position and FX P&L.
  • Investigate P&L Explain data exceptions and determine root causes.
  • Improve governance of adjustments by:
    • Analyzing adjustments and root cause capture.
    • Enhancing data quality during adjustments.
    • Developing tools to visualize and simplify adjustment review routines.
  • Document requirements, agree on solutions with stakeholders, and perform testing.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Product Control, and Traded Risk teams.
