About the project:

The MI Reporting Quality Analyst will play a role in the delivery of Reporting and MI products and services. The role holder will be tasked with planning, maintaining, executing reporting capabilities, managing key stakeholder relationships and demonstrating forward thinking to ensure stakeholders needs are being met.

Tasks
  • Design, coordinate, deliver, and maintain multiple MI report products for key stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between control owners, metric production team and the business to ensure controls are effectively reported on and data is well represented with auditors, regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality of the published reports in terms of their accuracy, completeness and looks.
  • Build and maintain MI knowledgebase on key controls information, data documentation, business processes, and team expertise.
  • Coordinate MI team daily work and quality assurance.
  • Support report production process in any way that is necessary.
Requirements
  • Very good observation skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining reports using any technology / tools – for example Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, Tableau or others.
  • Experience with Excel macros and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with report creation automation and/or automation of data processing.
  • Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis to organize, schedule and maintain workflow.
  • Experience working in reporting teams.
  • Experience working at an operational level in international environments.
  • Experience in technical writing and report authoring.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in building reports that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Good understanding how data works.
