We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on the delivery of passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO-based authentication) solutions across enterprise applications and platforms. This transformation program will redefine how users authenticate within a large, global organization, helping to improve security and user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery experience in complex, international environments with deep technical understanding of IAM, authentication protocols, and supporting infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

Plan, manage, and drive delivery of end-to-end IAM projects, including MFA and passwordless adoption initiatives.
Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot testing efforts, ensuring a smooth rollout for new authentication methods.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to support production infrastructure designs for modern authentication.
Present updates at stakeholder forums, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and achievements.
Conduct technology assessments and work with service owners to define the most suitable implementation approaches.
Provide technical leadership for IAM authentication migrations and rollouts.
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Who we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, delivering large-scale IAM and/or infrastructure projects.
Deep understanding of MFA, passwordless authentication concepts, and phishing-resistant authentication.
Strong knowledge of FIDO-based authentication protocols.
Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD).
Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and drive discussions confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

Background in financial services or similar regulated environments.
Experience leading projects in globally distributed teams.
