What you’ll be doing

Handle requests in Service Now within agreed SLA.
Respond promptly to cryptography-related queries and priority tasks.
Escalate and clarify non-standard queries when needed.
Identify process gaps and escalate accordingly.
Work on continuous improvements in data quality.
Detect and report cryptography-related issues.

Who we’re looking for

Strong customer and stakeholder focus, with the ability to build relationships across internal/external stakeholders and IT teams globally.
Excellent analytical skills and operational effectiveness to deliver solutions aligned to security, risk, and regulatory standards.
A proven track record of implementing improvements and understanding change mechanisms.
Good understanding of cryptography and its applications.
Strong documentation skills and willingness to develop further in cryptography.

Nice to Have

Experience in standard documentation aligned to regulatory requirements.
Background in technology or similar industry.
Familiarity with Service Now.
