Job description

As a part of the GB IT Corporate Clients team in Poland, you will be responsible for the production management of underlying technical infrastructure and contribute in the change management process for applications.

The position will give you the unique opportunity to work in a challenging banking environment for a diversified team located in Poland, France, and India.

Tasks
  • Technical support level 2 (and level 1 in case of on-call support)
  • Incident management
  • DRP / Liveplay management/coordination
  • Coordination with Infrastructure teams
  • Monitoring implementation
  • Obsolescence / Security management/coordination Change management
  • Staging / Production deployment with respect of change process
  • Technical patching/upgrade implementation and communication
  • DevOps implementation Application integration
  • Contribute to IT projects (ITSVC, Technical architecture)
  • Coordination with Infrastructure teams for all topics
  • Build non-prod environments
Requirements

Required:

  • Reporting : MS Power BI
  • OS : Linux, Windows Server
  • DB : Oracle, SQL Server
  • Middleware: Tomcat
  • Scripting : Shell
  • CI / CD : Bitbucket / Jenkins / Artifactory / Ansible
  • fluent in English, oral and written
  • Team player and agile mind set
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • IT quality oriented

Nice to have

  • Middleware : IBM MQ, CFT, Apache
  • Scheduling : Autosys
  • Monitoring : Geneos (migration to Dynatrace in 2023)
  • Method : ITIL
