Tasks
  • Taking part in monthly process of delivering management pack (dashboards, one-pagers, recommendations).
  • Providing on a regular basis comprehensive analysis of costs elements and its effect on a financial result.
  • Cooperating simultaneously with many countries, areas e. g. intercompany recharges.
  • Developing MI tools where inputs come from various sources.
  • Playing with data to provide comprehensive insights to our stakeholders.
  • Replacing manual tasks by developed MI tools.
  • Co - representing ETBM on various meetings (ManCos, Forums), providing explanations in terms of costs components.
  • Propagating way of working based on technical skill.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with processing data (extracting, computing, analysing).
  • Advance skills in Excel (VBA good to have), SQL, BI Tools.
  • Knowledge of portfolios, programmes, projects structure and dependencies.
  • Good understanding of finance (financial statement, costs management, reporting).
  • Easiness of presenting outcome from process to the wide audience.
  • Openness for sharing your knowledge and talent with others.
  • Strong English skills (min. B2).
