Tasks
  • Requirement Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and translate them into functional specifications for Epicor Kinetic.

  • Configuration and Customization:

Configure Epicor Kinetic modules based on client requirements.

Work with technical teams to design and implement customizations when necessary.

Ensure system integrations and data migrations are seamless and meet client expectations.

  • Implementation and Deployment:

Lead and support the implementation of Epicor Kinetic solutions.

Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.

Work closely with project managers to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality.

Identify and resolve any issues during the testing phase.

Ensure the quality and reliability of the ERP system.

  • Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. Provide training documentation for end-users.

  • Client support:

Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation.

Address and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize system performance.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about updates and new features in Epicor Kinetic.

Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Documented implementation of Epicor Kinetic advanced customization and integrations (at least 3 full implementation cycles - from analysis through design, configuration, testing and launch)– is a must.
  • Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing and distribution - is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English – fluent speaking & writing.
