We have a unique opportunity for you to join our DevX Analytics & Insights team, which provides the metrics and analytical products that drive change in DevOps practices across the organization. Our team delivers key measures that track performance and capabilities of engineering teams worldwide, as well as critical insights that leadership relies on to shape and deliver strategic change.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React) to help us build scalable, high-performance applications and drive DevOps transformation through data, analytics, and best practices.

What you’ll be doing

Participate in software architecture design and lead UI changes to improve UX and application stability
Implement solutions following best design patterns and coding standards
Analyze requirements, recommend improvements, and create clear documentation
Develop application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle and actively contribute to automation and process improvements
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver appropriate solutions

Who we’re looking for

7+ years of experience in production application development in .NET ecosystems, including front-end development (preferably React)
Proficiency in C# and Web API development, with strong knowledge of scalable and secure backend services
Hands-on experience with React, building dynamic and high-performance web applications
Expertise in database design and SQL (SQL Server), including advanced T-SQL scripting and performance tuning
Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation)
Strong understanding of SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS) for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
