Tasks

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced, and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to support and scale our B2B digital presence. If you’re a data-driven marketer who knows how to lead campaigns, manage agencies, and make smart strategic calls — we’d love to talk.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands the nuances of B2B, and can operate both independently and collaboratively

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including performance analysis and A/B testing
  • Providing strategic marketing consultation and support across digital initiatives
  • Collaborating with and overseeing external agencies and partners
  • Leading data analytics and reporting efforts using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
  • Supporting the implementation of a new website, including UX, SEO, and architectural recommendations
  • Executing and advising on SEO strategies (on-site, off-site, content support, and link gap analysis)
  • Taking part in various tasks related to performance marketing and enhancing our online presence
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Proven expertise in running and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with both on-site and off-site SEO
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Bonus: experience with website development projects, including UX and information architecture
