#LI-Hybrid (6 days per month in the office in Cracow)
- Work on internal control tooling used by CTO
- Write and maintain high-quality code in DevOps languages (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform)
- Work with hybrid cloud and public cloud.
- Be reasonable for deployment and management including setting service quality targets.
- Participate in on-call rotations or production support as needed.
- Contribute to internal documentation, standards, and best practices for CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes whilst continuously improving current CTO practices, tools, and systems to support our global engineering community
- Deep Knowledge of Regulatory Controls, Correct practices
- Experience in CI/CD best practices and has extensive experience in one of the following areas, including 3+ years hands-on:
- Software Development (e.g., Secure coding/SDLC/API development/clean code management)
- Site Reliability Engineering (e.g., Endpoint management/Release engineering/Observability/Risk management)
- Deep Knowledge and hands on experience of running Kubernetes or Hosting VMs
- Knowledge of a CI/CD tool such as Jenkins or other industry tools
- Very good understanding of architecture and design patterns used for pipeline services
- Strong hands-on working experience with terraform or other IaC.
- Exposure / Knowledge of an enterprise DevOps environment, networks and firewalls
- Previous experience working in a financial services or other large, regulated enterprise business
- Fluent English
