Managing all aspects of project delivery, including budget, procurement, and execution.
Collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to define and prioritise the vendor roadmap in alignment with our client’s strategic goals.
Overseeing our client’s book of work to ensure alignment across vendor teams, development teams, business units, and the transformation team regarding priorities and deadlines.
Ensuring quality processes are clearly defined and followed by both the vendor and SAGE IT, including risk identification and assessment.
Stakeholder management: maintaining full transparency with global stakeholders by facilitating appropriate forums, including Programme Steering Committees (PSC) and other project-related meetings.
Building and nurturing relationships with the global SAGE IT team and business partners.
Working closely with SAGE product owners to ensure a continuous flow of deconstructed and well-defined work items into the respective pod backlogs.
Collaborating with other SAGE streams to drive consistency and elevate IT service standards for delivering shared capabilities.
Embracing Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
Solid experience in technical ownership and driving business operations transformation
Strong capabilities in leading organizational transformation initiatives
Proven experience in financial planning and management, including budgeting across various business units
Extensive vendor management experience with a focus on outcome delivery
Demonstrated success in project and program management methodologies and techniques
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle
Practical experience with Agile and DevOps development practices
Passion for people development, including team structure design and ongoing team optimization
Skilled in managing multiple global stakeholders with conflicting priorities
Formal qualification in Information Technology
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
