  • Collaborate closely with global team members, serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Venafi Product and Cryptographic services processes.
  • Identify and escalate gaps in processes.
  • Recognize risks associated with changes and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of change processes in close collaboration with Vendors' support and Global Internal teams.
  • Work on continuous improvement of data quality.
  • Prepare reports from multiple sources to identify problems or track progress.
  • Act as the first line of escalation for team members.
  • Support team members and collaborate with end users to develop solutions for non-standard queries.
  • Respond promptly to urgent production issues requiring Cryptographic services assistance.
  • Engage with business functions to facilitate understanding of the SSH/SSL key remediation process and support progress.
  • Implement Change Management controls in support of tasks.
  • Troubleshoot certificate generation problems and connection issues between Venafi TPP and target servers.
  • Previous experience with the Venafi platform or SSL/SSH management processes is required.
  • Customer/stakeholder focus with the ability to build strong relationships with internal/external key stakeholders, cross-functional IT, and global/local IT teams.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Operational effectiveness, delivering solutions aligned with approved design patterns and security, risk, and regulatory standards.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technical platforms/technologies.
  • Proven track record of seeking continuous improvement and an excellent understanding of the mechanisms necessary for successful change implementation.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Eagerness for development in Cryptography.
