As a CTS Analyst, you will join a team responsible for maintaining and developing the internal IT infrastructure and SaaS applications used across the organization. Your role will focus on providing end-user technical support, optimizing and automating processes, and ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
Provide technical support to end users via a Service Desk tool.
Maintain and manage the company’s device environment (primarily MacOS).
Execute projects that enhance security and efficiency in the tech environment.
Collaborate with Service Management, Security, Engineering, HR, and Privacy teams.
Automate repetitive processes using no-code workflow tools.
Manage access and administer tools such as Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, and SSO systems.
Create and maintain operational documentation and asset management records.
Support onboarding and offboarding of users.
Analyze and implement process improvements (continuous improvement initiatives).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
Experience working with MacOS (administration and troubleshooting).
Familiarity with: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Jira Service Management, and SSO management.
Foundational knowledge of Information Security principles.
Ability to identify and automate business processes using workflow tools.
Strong communication skills (in both English and Polish).
Proactive, self-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable.
Effective team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with business and tech teams.
Prior experience in service desk/help desk environments is a plus.
