You will be a key part of the CSAT Vulnerability Management (VM) Team, aligning into the VM Head of Governance & Control. Working in close partnership with the various VM Heads/ subject matter experts & Cybersecurity Risk & Controls Strategy (CRCS) Team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, collating & drafting VM governance submissions including KCI commentary; creating/ maintaining relevant VM governance documentation; identifying opportunities for VM control improvements; performing data analysis; aiding the provision of evidence & responses to external auditors/ regulators & internal audit; lead and track assigned tasks and activities as required.


·       Technical writing skills and highly proficient use of written English

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate difficult IT concepts into simple and succinct business-friendly language

·       High attention to detail and the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders, including senior management

·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues

·       Experience of driving and managing meetings with various stakeholders 

·       Strong technical problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills

·       Pro-active, independent, flexible approach to shifting or competing priorities

·       Proven track record on delivering activities on time to a high standard

·       Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Confluence
