What you get in return

This role requires a Business Analyst with a strong blend of cybersecurity awareness, analytical capability, and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex technical environments, translating security concepts into clear business language, and supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives. Success in this role depends on the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, manage diverse stakeholder expectations, and deliver high‑quality analysis that aligns with security, compliance, and operational standards.

The position demands excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling the candidate to present technical topics in an accessible and actionable way to various audiences. A consulting mindset, customer‑centric approach, and the ability to influence decision‑making across departments are critical to driving effective outcomes.

From a technical perspective, the role requires hands‑on experience working as a Business Analyst within cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT operations environments. A strong understanding of endpoint protection technologies—including EDR/XDR platforms, malware detection techniques, and device hardening principles—is essential. Familiarity with solutions such as CrowdStrike or Trellix is highly desirable, alongside experience with business process modelling, documentation tools, and data analysis techniques.

The role also requires adaptability and resilience within a highly regulated, multinational organisation. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate technical complexities into practical business recommendations are key attributes for success.

Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
