Tasks

The role holder will be responsible for:

Target Operating Model Development:

·       Define, document, and refine the target operating model for technology resilience, collaborating with IT teams and facilitating workshops for stakeholder input

·       Candidate will be required to develop a deep understanding of the requirements and the Technology Resilience framework to determine effective op model designs and customisations for user-group and region/entity variances.   

Stakeholder Engagement:

·       Engage with role holders to embed the ops model, ensuring clear communication, understanding, and providing necessary training and support.

·       Collaboratively work with Control Owners in updating the Controls Artifacts and Tools

Continuous Improvement:

·       Identify and review improvement opportunities; Provide status updates / reports to senior management on the analysis/design progress and solution effectiveness.

Analysis & Design

·       Conducting Workshops / Impact Assessments with various Risk & Control, Technical, Business Stakeholders in refining requirements

·       Leading efforts to continuously improve the control environment.

·       Actively challenge poor, inefficient, or excessive controls, related tasks, and behaviours

·       Getting consensus in the requirements and design from the stakeholders

Requirements

Skills:

            Strong Analytical skills

            Good Stakeholder management skills

            Good Communication skills / being able to explain requirements in simple way and adapting the comms based on the audience

            Interpersonal skills

            Being autonomous / show initiative and pick up quickly with new projects

            Critical thinking / understand priorities and speak up when identifying risks.

            Ability to provide Technology, Infrastructure, Cyber & Information Security and Data control expertise is desirable.

            Managing stakeholders across multi-faceted geographies, businesses, and functions.

            Problem-solving skills / being able to identify problems and suggest viable solutions

            Speak up / Being capable of challenging the business using strong rationale

            Time management skills / Ability to prioritize / Being able to understand Business priorities and ring fence development teams from not prioritized requests 

            Being a team player 

            Strong communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders.

            A good degree of knowledge covering Agile, Devops, Business Transformation Framework, Project Management and System Analysis & Design Lifecycle.

            Previous experience of identifying, defining and solving problems that impact on your work or the wider business.

            Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

            Flexible and adaptable, able to handle, prioritise and accomplish competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

 

Project Experience :

            Experience in Agile projects is essential

            End2end project lifecycle experience is essential

            Experience in  IT Risk and Control domain  projects, processes is desirable.

            Knowledge of Operational Risk Management Domain / FrameworkKnowledge on Architecture Principles Patterns , Standards, Practices , Frameworks and Technology, Cyber & Data Domains & Platforms is desirable.

            Experience in Infrastructure projects or other large scale complicated projects is essential

            IT Service /management certification is beneficial
