Tasks
  • Build your knowledge on onboarding workflows for complex, institutional clients
  • Lead the delivery of global projects, including cross-system integrations, workflow improvements, UI/UX changes, data models and reporting
  • Work closely with business SME’s and a variety of stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into clear requirements  
  • Presenting business requirements, proposed solutions and acceptance criteria to Client Managers community and Product Owner for review, subsequently supporting the development team with query resolution during development phases
  • Work with IT teams to refine solution designs / user stories and communicate back to the business stakeholders at all levels in their ‘own language’
  • Test delivered IT components and working with the development team to resolve any identified defects
  • Preparation of materials for senior stakeholder forums and present as required
  • Contribute to training content to support users’ readiness
Requirements
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex ideas (in its breadth)
  • Hands on working experience in working with domains around Client Onboarding, KYC, Regulatory Requirements, Financial Products
  • Requirement engineering for sophisticated projects
  • Technical knowledge on APIs, system integration, SQL
  • Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills:  ability to communicate effectively with both business users and IT development team on various seniority levels.
  • Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Stakeholders and Project Management.
  • A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times.
