What you'll be doing

What you get in return
- Collaborate with the Lead Automation Architect to create an overall testing strategy focused on automation-first principles.
- Plan, develop, execute, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and scripts for web and graph database applications.
- Create and manage Jenkins pipelines for automated tests, generate reports, and streamline CI/CD processes.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, and scenarios based on requirements and technical specifications.
- Accurately report and track defects, attend triage meetings, and verify bug fixes.
- Identify process and application issues and provide improvement suggestions.
- Perform manual test case creation and exploratory testing when required.
- Ensure FR/NFR traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define SIT/OAT/UAT scenarios and ensure test coverage.

Who we're looking for
Must Have:
- Deep knowledge of IAM domain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior automation role, with strong coding skills in Java, Playwright, Python, Typescript, Cypher, Scala.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Insomnia, Apidog, Postman).
- Expertise in automation-first testing and layered test architecture.
- Experience with REST API automation, API Gateway testing, and Batch ETL testing.
- Familiarity with graph database validation (Neo4j) and GDBMS performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of risk-based test prioritization and policy testing (OPA/Rego).
- Hands-on experience with containerized test execution and cloud testing – GCP.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD integration (GitOps, GitLab pipelines).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and related protocols (SCIM, REST API, LDAP, OIDC, CSV).
- Experience with load and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with security testing tools (SAST, MAST, DAST).
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and policy-as-code testing.
