As you can see, despite its modular nature, an ERP system still functions as a single environment where all processes are interconnected.

When considering ERP modularity, it is also worth asking the question—why should you not cut corners on such systems? Beyond the basic reasons—increased operational efficiency, lower costs, better workflow—the benefits of ERP implementation can also be illustrated with a few examples. This way, when a customer places an order, the data goes to the sales module, which automatically issues a receipt or invoice.
