The Dature module is used to optimize the production and supply chain facing decision uncertainty. It uses DAP – Dynamic Adaptive Planning methods, which create plans that adapt to changes and indicate immediate action. This requires linking the monitoring system to a list of actions to be taken when certain values are reached. The module enables what-if analyzes and allows for decision-making in a state of continuous adaptation, based on various algorithms for predicting events. Dature can forecast demand and production, and prevents over-stock and under-stock.

Catalin likes cooperation with clients and is familiar with all stages of implementation, like analysis of Client needs, defining the project, developing prototype, training, data imports, tests, and go-live support. Catalin took part in and managed many implementations, as a functional, technical consultant, and project manager in various business industries, related to the distribution, and manufacturing of different goods: foods, pharmaceuticals, textiles, profiles, filters, tires .ires, and aluminum.
